We Protect Your PD

We hereby provide you with information about your rights related to the processing of your PD by the COMPANY. During processing PD we comply with legal regulations, particularly the GDPR and the PD Protection Act. PD processing always occurs only to the extent required by the specific service or purpose of processing.

You can be absolutely sure that we handle your PD with proper care and in accordance with applicable legislation. We protect your PD to the maximum extent possible, corresponding to the technical level of available means.

Use of PD

The PD provided is collected primarily for the purpose of:

  • Using services and products provided by the COMPANY or third parties based on contractual arrangements with the Company and settling all rights and obligations arising from the order of the given service and product.
  • Managing user accounts and tailoring the services provided by the COMPANY to the needs and interests of individual users.

Server Logs

When you visit our website, our servers (like most websites) automatically record requests made to our website. These server logs typically contain information about your web request, IP address, browser type, browser language, and the date and time of the request. All PD that the user provides to the COMPANY will be secured using standard procedures and technologies. The COMPANY guarantees that in connection with the processing of PD, it regularly checks for system weaknesses and potential attacks and uses security measures that can reasonably be required to prevent unauthorized access to the provided personal data, and that provide sufficient security given the current state of technology. The adopted security measures are regularly updated.

Duration of PD Processing and Disclosure Based on Law

The COMPANY retains information about individual users as long as their account is active or until the user withdraws their consent to the processing of personal data in writing. This does not affect the COMPANY’s right to process users’ PD in accordance with the relevant generally binding legal regulations, especially for the purposes of resolving disputes and the final settlement of all rights and obligations related to the provision of the relevant service.

Based on applicable legal regulations, the COMPANY is obliged to disclose the user’s PD, information about their IP address, traffic, or other activities upon request by the court, the Czech Police, or other law enforcement authorities.

  • In cases where we require your consent to process your PD, you are entitled to withdraw this consent at any time. Withdrawal of consent does not affect the processing of your PD during the period your consent was validly given, nor does it affect the processing of your PD for other legal reasons, if applicable (e.g., compliance with legal obligations or for our legitimate interests).
